Supplier Registration

If you want to join Uniban’s community of Suppliers and Strategic Partners, submit the documentation listed below:

Natural person:

• Photocopy of legal identification document enlarged at 150%.
• Valid Chamber of Commerce certificate.
• Full RUT (Individual Taxpayer Identification Number) document, issued within the previous year.
• Bank account verification letter (with bank account number)

Legal person:

• Photocopy of the legal representative’s identification document enlarged at 150%.
• Valid Chamber of Commerce certificate (issued within the previous 90 days).
• Full RUT (Individual Taxpayer Identification Number) document, issued within the previous year.
• Bank account verification letter (with bank account number) on Official Bank Letterhead, issued within the previous 60 days.
• Business associates registration, duly completed and signed
